On Saturday, September 7, 2024, the LEWONDELL Team implemented her First Community Outreach Program in Parker Paint Junction and Soul Clinic Junction on Tubman Boulevard, Paynesville.
Purpose of the Outreach:
- To assess the number of drug-affected young people in the area.
- To understand their needs and the problems they face.
- To explore ways to help them stop using drugs and lead productive, healthy lives.
Target Location: WHITE FENCE
A ghetto with over 300 drug-affected young people, located between Parker Paint Junction and Soul Clinic Junction on Tubman Boulevard, Paynesville.
Strategy:
- Food Preparation: We prepared enough food to serve about 170 people.
- Program Introduction: A short introductory program was conducted to engage with the young people.
- Food Distribution: After the introductory program, we distributed the food.
